Gathering Wisdom

The Comfort Zone

Part of the Circle of Life is living the process of grief — walking the Grief Wheel. This comes from the death of a loved one or dear friend, but it also comes from serious illness, traumatic events in our lives, sudden changes in our lifestyles — many unexpected events which seem to totally turn our lives upside down at the worst possible moment.

During such times, it is helpful to have words of comfort. There are many inspirational writings which give us moments of peace, and The Comfort Zone is dedicated to those who need a kind word and hope for whatever reason. These writings are not original, but are collected from many sources and re-printed here for your use. If you come across writings in your journey around the Net, or in magazines, or even on greeting cards, and those writings touch your heart, please forward them to me to share. Some are as old as time itself; some are poems; some are songs. All are welcome. When you do forward something, be sure to include the name of the author and the source so that proper credit can be given.

The Comfort Zone is your place at Innerspace. You can help others to find a moment of peace. I invite you to share.
