The Many Faces of Fear - Conclusion I have been overwhelmed, gratified and greatly humbled by the nature and number of responses I have gotten to the "fear" writings. Some of you have faced life-long fears, have brought them into the open, and are now dealing with them in the rational light of day. Some are doing things that you have never had the courage to do in the past. You are addressing old issues that you did not realize were eating away at your spirit, and are continuing these exercises. I would urge you to continue what is working for you because fear is insidious. It creeps up on your blind side and attacks when all your defenses are at their weakest. It is sincerely hoped that you will, from this point forward, recognize fear when it rears its ugly head, and continue to treat it for what it is; AN ILLUSION. We get ourselves in trouble when we leap forward in time, and get caught up in the "But", "What If", "I Can't" syndrome. Remember to stay focused — you have the tools and exercises to help you do this. Stay in this moment in time; in this instant; in this heartbeat — for this is the only thing that is real — this is all we have. Everything else is but a memory of a past incident, or anticipation, conjecture or supposition of something in the future which may or may not happen. Everything happens in Spirit's time; not ours. Make each moment of your precious life count for all its worth. Don't allow fear to rob you of a single joyful second. If we make the most of each minute in the present, the hours to come will take care of themselves. There is no way I can express how proud I am of each and every one of you for having the courage to start this difficult journey, and for making it WORK for you to mold a better life. Now that we have a better understanding of fear, we can move forward. The next subject we'll address is called "Hot Buttons and Triggers". Hopefully, you'll come to understand why you react as you do to some situations, and learn that you can re-program your sub-conscious mind to control and eliminate those memories which allow people to "push your buttons". I'm sure you won't be surprised to learn that many of these reactions are stored memories which, once again, are fear based. Until next time . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Hot Buttons and Triggers. Blessings to you. Re-Creating You Main Page Innerspace Main Page Modifications and Maintenance by Wicked Imaging E-Mail to Julia
